The Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is an arm of the United States federal government whose responsibility is to give guidelines and standards of safety in the workplace. As part of their mandate, the organization provides safety training guidelines to ensure that every employee is sufficiently informed of the hazardous risks that they are exposed to and they are trained on how to avoid risk and how to respond to a safety breach.
